Since its opening nine months ago, China-Laos Railway has transported 1.202 million tons of goods for import and export, with a total freight value of 10.08 billion yuan, said Kunming Customs on September 4.
According to the customs statistics, 31 Chinese provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) have operated international freight trains on the China-Laos railway, giving a strong pull to region economy.
